Robert is an established and versatile voice actor whose reads vary from moving or authoritative - to light hearted and comedic.
Accents:
French, German, Australian, RP, Home Counties, Neutral.
During his animation work he did a great deal of accents (classic pirates, cockney criminals, evil RP wizards!) and its something he loves to do in the right, often comedic, context.
Robert works from his own studio as well as the top studios in Barcelona. If needs be and the project demands, then he is happy to go further afield.
Recent work of interest includes reading the diaries of Salvador Dalí for the Casa Dalí Museum, narrating current affairs documentaries for Arte TV and voicing an award-winning ad campaign for Turismo de Canarias.
He also specialises in character voices for animation and video games. His feature film credits include playing Dan Brenner in the acclaimed Ryan Reynolds thriller, Buried.
Robert studied voiceover in London and got his first, real taste while working at De Lane Lea Sound, dubbing war scenes in the series The Young Indiana Jones. From there he jumped into cartoon work, especially enjoying a spell playing a variety of wonderfully evil villains. Work in the publicity and corporate sectors followed..
